Demolition has commenced on site at Victoria Ave. The existing roof is retained and a new insertion is to be sleeved underneath.

Construction has commenced on a small gallery space, bringing new life to a previously under-utilised site.
Landcorp’s, White Gum Valley project has begun. Site preparation has started in the lead up to the construction of various projects in 2015, including our Gen Y Demonstration House, also know as The Step House.

Darryn Ansted a prominent artist for the Australian Centre for Concrete Art, was commissioned to produce an artwork on a suburban wall adjacent an active pedestrian laneway in the heart of South Fremantle. The end result is an amazing transformation of a previously derelict wall, that provides an incredible vibrancy and wonderment through the distortion of manipulation of perspective.
