RAGLAN: Construction is underway for the Raglan project. The old lean-to has been removed in preparation for the new addition.
Raglan foundations are now completed. The recycled brickwork plinth and concrete slab are set to receive steel next week.
Demolition has commenced on site at Victoria Ave. The existing roof is retained and a new insertion is to be sleeved underneath.

Construction has commenced on a small gallery space, bringing new life to a previously under-utilised site.
Landcorp’s, White Gum Valley project has begun. Site preparation has started in the lead up to the construction of various projects in 2015, including our Gen Y Demonstration House, also know as The Step House.

Chilean architect Cazu Zegers recently visited Perth for the National Architecture Conference. She speaks intimately about architectural response to site in the article by Architecture AU.
Darryn Ansted a prominent artist for the Australian Centre for Concrete Art, was commissioned to produce an artwork on a suburban wall adjacent an active pedestrian laneway in the heart of South Fremantle. The end result is an amazing transformation of a previously derelict wall, that provides an incredible vibrancy and wonderment through the distortion of manipulation of perspective.
We have worked with the Department of Housing, the Australian Centre for Concrete Art(AC4CA) and the City of Fremantle to activate a small pedestrian friendly South Fremantle laneway.
The artwork by Darryn Ansted will be commissioned within the next few weeks.
